Engagements
All work is governed by a signed proposal or purchase order defining scope, deliverables, timelines and commercials. Anything outside that scope is handled through a written change request.
Payments
Invoices are raised per the milestone schedule in the accepted proposal and are payable within the agreed credit period. GST is charged as applicable under GSTIN 09AUHPS4803N2Z0.
Warranties & AMC
Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship is warranted for the period stated in the proposal. Ongoing support is provided under a separate AMC or managed services agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties treat commercial, technical and operational information exchanged during an engagement as confidential.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
